Sliding Fee Schedule
1. Startup CEO's & Startup C-Suite
For startups with less than 50 total employees, staff, and contractors or less than $5 million USD in gross annual revenue (exceptions for extremely low gross margin businesses).
2. Managers, Directors & VP's
For organizations of any number of employees, staff, and contractors and any size annual revenue.
3. CEO, C-suite, and Board Members [Level 1]
For organizations with more than 50 but less than 150 total employees, staff, and contractors or more than $5 million USD but less than $10 million in gross annual revenue (exceptions for extremely low gross margin businesses).
4. CEO, C-suite, and Board Members [Level 2]
For organizations with more than 150 but less than 500 total employees, staff, and contractors or more than $10 million USD but less than $20 million in gross annual revenue (exceptions for extremely low gross margin businesses).
5. CEO, C-suite, and Board Members [Level 3]
For organizations with more than 500 total employees, staff, and contractors or more than $20 million USD in gross annual revenue (exceptions for extremely low gross margin businesses).

- Coaching sessions will be delivered by Zoom (preferable), Skype, Hangouts or Telephone.
- All sessions are prepaid (or invoiced in advance through a company).
- Cancellation of any session must be done 24 hours in advance or session will be counted as "delivered".
- Notification of session cancellation to be in writing, and delivered by email.
- Cancelled sessions must be used within 60 days & cannot be rescheduled more than once or it will be marked as "delivered".
- Acceptable payments include: Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Cash, and Cryptocurrency.
- Accepted Cryptocurrencies are: Bitcoin/BTC, Ripple/XRP, Ethereum/ETH, Basic Attention Token/BAT, Litecoin.
