Our Story
Starting with a clean sheet of paper, and a clear vision, we founded our company on the premise that the most important Software you'll ever encounter in your personal, professional, and organizational life is the Psychological Operating System™.

For these reasons, all of our Talent & Team Acceleration, Optimization, and Transformation programs are built with Applied Psychology, backed by Science, anchored with Neuro-Economics, and instructed by Game Theory to provide Immediate, Measurable, Impactful, and Repeatable Results (MIRR).

Our Product Roadmap
We continually work to improve the efficacy and efficiency of our solutions, driven by a product roadmap emphasizing self-paced & self-directed adaptive-learning applications that leverage our library of proven inferential models and algorithms.
Our efforts include the development of PaaS (Psychology as a Service), a Psyche API and Psychological AI (we consider this to be a far broader and more encompassing concept than Emotional or Affective AI).
Together these form our ActiveEQ™ cloud as well as the individual applications which are instructed by the ActiveEQ™ cloud.

Our Research & Development
We also maintain Research and Developer efforts (primary, secondary, and meta) which are used to continually test and improve our current materials and knowledge transfer systems as well as build out our original concepts, algorithms, and models such as Binary People, Programmable Primates, and Psychological Programming using our Psychological Markup Language (PML), Cognitive Style Sheets (CSS) and the Psychological Scripting & Instructional Language (PSI Script).
Because of the level of both unintentional bias or bad science (Replication Crisis) as well as numerous cases of outright fraud within the research fields of Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Anthropology, and beyond, we are working to replicate, test, and expand basic assumptions that are believed to be scientifically proven. We are doing this in conjunction with the Psyche Summit.
